The PE Series Jaw Crusher is specifically designed to meet the crushing needs of various industries, capable of handling materials with compressive strength not exceeding 320MPa, and is widely recognized as the choice for primary crushing in crushing systems.
With a reasonable structural design and excellent performance, the PE Series Jaw Crusher covers a wide range of models, with processing capacities ranging from 1 to 1500 tons per hour, which can be flexibly selected according to different production scales and material requirements. Its working principle is based on the reciprocating swing of the moving jaw driven by the eccentric shaft: when the eccentric shaft rotates, the toggle plate pushes the moving jaw to swing towards the fixed jaw, and the materials between the two jaws are crushed by the combined action of extrusion, impact and bending; when the moving jaw swings back under the action of the tension spring, the crushed materials that meet the particle size requirements fall into the discharge port under the action of gravity and are discharged, thus completing a crushing cycle. This continuous reciprocating movement realizes the continuous crushing of materials.
The PE Series Jaw Crusher has a complete range of models, covering small, medium, and large specifications. Equipped with a heavy-duty eccentric shaft processed by forging blanks, it has a stronger bearing capacity and rigidity; the moving jaw assembly is made of high-grade cast steel, and the jaw plate is made of high-quality manganese steel, which greatly enhances the wear resistance and service life of the equipment, reducing downtime and replacement costs of vulnerable parts.
The toggle plate is designed with a safety protection function. When unbreakable materials enter the cavity and the equipment load exceeds the normal value, the toggle plate will break automatically to stop the crusher, avoiding damage to the entire machine and ensuring production safety; the optimized structural design reduces energy consumption, and the single machine can save 15%-30% energy compared with similar products.
